Blast from the past. Few things I won’t forget number one how hot it was, RVA slaying NYC, Brians trick shot on matt lane, Alexis dekeing the shit out of Burge, Burge putting Leon over the boards then beating Smile in over time, scoop shots and other stupid menace rules.
Joe and I went for round two at Rays tonight, We are hooked! I now have blisters on top of blisters but its totally worth it. If you haven’t been to Rays GO!
Tonight a few of us went out to Rays Indoor to try our hand in mounting biking. This place is PRO! but luckily you don’t have to be pro to ride there. This place is jam packed with balance courses, pump track, foam pit and a ton of jumps. They have every experience level form just rolling over some 2x4s to riding on a single 2×4 suspended 5 feet in the air. We all started off small but by the end of the night we worked our way up to the expert sections flying over jumps, riding off camber logs and teeter totters. All in all this place is amazing! Great staff, awesome rental bikes and a good atmosphere.

I just received a package today from France In it was this
Victoire Cycles new S-42 stem. This thing is pretty tight. You could guess by its name its 42mm long. Made out of my favorite 7075 alloy this sucker is light, a mere 4.8oz. One of the first things I noticed was the unique clamping system. The stem clamps to the fork by tightening the bolts in the face plate, which means no bolts on the back which I like, but what I’m most impressed in this is the beautiful machining check out the cnc work! They even made a nice home for your top cap.
I’m sure you’ll see some of the top bros rocking this in the US soon.

Three of Milwaukee’s finest traveled to Louisville this last weekend to take part in some of the shenanigans that surround the Kentucky Derby.
For those of who don’t know the Derby isn’t just big hats and big bets, Louisville erupts in a giant party that lasts the entire weekend. Friday night consisted of a 3am arrival to a shady parking garage where people were still playing pick up. I think there were more beers consumed then hours of sleep.
Saturday we had a derby breakfast and did what we came to do, party and play bike polo. Bourbon bourbon bourbon! The locals decided to make the finals interesting by installing paper mache horses on our bikes when we weren’t looking. There was also some sort of reverse joust to start the game. (viva los marcos)
Big ups to the dudes from ATL representing the south hard, Anyone going to Savannah watch out for these ma’s they’re killers.
