Dual brake setup

Now that its winter we have a few months off of traveling and playing in “big” tournaments. Which means we all have some time to experiment with our equipment.  I wanted to stop faster and burn through less tires so I came up with this. Ben Schultz in Chicago showed me the problem solvers piece and with some help from drew at the shop I came up with the noodle. The noodle allows me to use the U brake with out running the cable through my fork. I take my fork off when I ever I pack my bike up to put on a plane so it’s clutch that the cable runs this way.  I played a few games of pick up the other night and so far I like it a lot.

Lookin’ good, Kremin! I have been toying with the idea of dual brakes, but you’ve inspired me to give it a go. How much does the pull differ from a single brake?
